Abs & Ends (no choreography)

Squat, crunch and lunge your way to fab abs and lean legs! Light weights may be used in this muscle toning workout.

Cardio Muscle

A multi level muscle strengthening and toning class but with an unbelievable cardio workout. Cardio Muscle is a 45-60 minute class using body bars, dumbells, balls to tone and condition muscles while raising metobolic rate for rapid-fat-burn.

Circuit Express (30 minutes)

A get in, get results and get out strength training and cardio class utilizing the machines in the Women's Only Fitness Center. All levels welcome and for women only!

Flex Band (no choreography)

An ultimate alternative workout that is performed in one of the only Flex Band rooms on the East coast. Instructors that are certified by Jump Stretch will take you through a stretch routine and a great all-in-one workout.

Your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.
