Our Cardio Classes

This is a high energy level class that incorporates step, low impact training, muscle strengthening and more in diverse variations to energize you and help you achieve your cross training goals.

Incorporating all elements of fitness, this class will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life, Get Active! All levels welcome.

Group Kick brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!

This cardio class will provide cardio respiratory training with low impact moves, while improving endurance, strength and flexibility all with great music and an easy going atmosphere. You will have fun and leave this class feeling satisfied and accomplished.
(High Intensity Training) Encompassing plyometrics, calisthenics, core stability, and strength training. This class incorporates short bursts at a high intensity - be prepared to work Hard!

Targeting your total body (hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders and arms), our certified personal trainer will challenge you with back-to-back movements allowing minimum rest, while maximizing cardio intensity & calorie burn.

HIGH INTENSITY, low impact workout combining boxing, Pilates and KICK BAGS. Boxing drills to increase heart rate maximizing calorie burn, Pilates using the six principles to center & balance, challenge & strengthen the core. Weighted gloves* to help define and enhance strength. Let's bring it on hard core!
