Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club (CHHRC) makes it easy for seniors to get fit and age actively! Recommended programs for our senior members are EZ Cardio, ZUMBA Gold, Group Active, Restorative Yoga or any of our Mind/Body classes such as Yoga and Pilates.

Regular physical activity can help the human body maintain, repair, and improve itself to an amazing degree. And most people, even those with illnesses or disabilities, can take part in moderate exercise programs. No matter what your age, it's never too late to get started!
