FlexBand is an innovative, dynamic and cutting edge program with endless benefits to you as a member. This is an interval based training system. CHHRC is the first health club on the East Coast to offer this program - and it's now FREE for all Fitness members!
Classes are 45 minutes long, exercises are consistently updated - so you're guaranteed to get a great workout each session.
Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am.
